Teams competing in Qualifying Tournaments who wish to vy for a spot in the Championship Tournaments MUST participate in all robot performance, project presentation, and teamwork activities at the event. Teams not participating in all three sections and receiving a score will not be eligible for the Championship Tournament.
Priority when registering for qualifying tournaments will be given to teams from Massachusetts or who select Massachusetts as their primary competition region. Teams from out of state may petition to be involved or register and wait to be assigned to an open tournament spot. While our goal is to run full competitions, we want to be sure all of our state's teams have an open spot to compete. Teams wishing to attend multiple events may sign up to do so, indicating which event is their preference at the time of registration. Teams will be assigned to their second, third, etc event as space is available.
To be eligible to compete, you must be an officially registered FLL team. Any non-FLL teams should contact the event coordinator directly for consideration. If you host or want to host an event in MA and wish to be considered as a Qualifying Tournament, visit our Host an Event page for more information on what is necessary and who to contact.
To register for the MA FLL Qualifying system and events, visit the official FLL Registration website.
